Acustrat, LLC ("we", "us") operates AcuCAM. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Account information: Name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
• Billing information: Subscription status and billing period managed via Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Uploaded files: 3D model files you upload for toolpath generation. These are processed server-side and not retained beyond 24 hours.
• Usage data: Server logs (IP address, timestamps, pages visited) for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the AcuCAM service, including using your name and email address to manage your account, identify you as a subscriber, and send account-related communications.
• Send transactional emails (verification codes, password resets, subscription receipts).
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data shared with them.
• Email provider — Used to send verification and transactional emails.

We share only the minimum data required for these services to function.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. Uploaded model files are not stored persistently. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
