These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AcuCAM, a web-based CAM software service operated by Acustrat, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using AcuCAM you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use AcuCAM. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [move mouse to reveal] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & Payment

• AcuCAM is offered on a paid subscription basis. No access is granted to non-paying customers.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period; no partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of AcuCAM.
• Use the service to generate toolpaths intended to damage property or cause injury.
• Resell or sublicense access to AcuCAM without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription checks or access controls.
• Use any means to overload or abuse the service infrastructure.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any 3D models or files you upload. By uploading files you grant Acustrat, LLC a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your designs. Model files are not retained on the server beyond 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, UI, and branding of AcuCAM are owned by Acustrat, LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license to use the service during an active subscription.

7. Disclaimers

AcuCAM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Machining operations carry inherent risk. You are solely responsible for verifying toolpaths before running them on any machine. Acustrat, LLC makes no warranty that generated toolpaths are safe, correct, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acustrat, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AcuCAM, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use AcuCAM ceases immediately. You may cancel at any time. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, you may continue to use AcuCAM until the end of your subscription period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AcuCAM shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You and Acustrat, LLC agree that any arbitration will take place in Florida, USA, and be conducted in English.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
